En más de una semana no pudieron enviar una cotización.
 Customer service (at least in my case) is appalling.
In more than a week they could not send a quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he recibido en cualquier negocio que haya visitado en todo Puerto Vallarta, he llamado 5 veces y me ha contestado una señorita de nombre Martha, en todas las ocasiones me dice "hoy pasan por la tarde, mañana pasan temprano, le llamo cuando vayan a su domicilio, etc" pero nunca vinieron a tomar medidas de las ventanas que quiero que me hagan, muy lamentable que existan empresas con esa falta de seriedad.
The worst service I have received in any business that I have visited in all of Puerto Vallarta, I have called 5 times and a lady named Martha answered me, on all occasions she tells me "today they come in the afternoon, they come in early tomorrow, I will call you when they go to your home, etc "but they never came to take measurements of the windows that I want them to make me, very unfortunate that there are companies with that lack of seriousness.

They never have home delivery and it takes weeks to plan a shipment, which can be charged and the problem solved.
