★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tengo mala suerte pero siempre que quiero un calzado no hay y les digo que cuando llega y me han dicho desde 30 o a veces de 45 a 60 días y no es la primera vez, antes había mejor servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA compren con ellos en línea y ,menos en el BUEN FIN. Compré y después de 10 días que vi que no llegaba mi paquete, hablé y me informaron que no tenían en bodega mi pedido, y que escogiera otros modelos (o sea que ni para avisar pudieron mandar correo o llamar, pero eso sí, ya habían pasado el cobro)... cuando vi, sólo había como tallas muy grandes. Cambié las tallas para no perder mi dinero, aunque me daban la opción de devolver el dinero del modelo que no había tallas, en ese momento me dijeron que en 3 días me llegaba mi pedido y pasaron 4 y no llegó. Volví a llamar y no tenían número de guía y hasta ese día que volví a llamar, enviaron mi paquete. Además como no tienen una plataforma propia para la tienda, no validan el cobro hasta días después (y pierdes las promociones de tu tarjeta de crédito del buen fin!!!).
De la calidad no puedo opinar porque no me han llegado...Es muy difícil que te contesten, por correo nunca lo hicieron, y por teléfono cuesta bastante (aunque según ellos, nunca se habían quejado de que no entraran las llamadas). Ah! y te hacen llenar datos para facturar en el momento de la compra y dicen que hasta que no reciba el pedido con un ticket no puedo facturar y tengo que volver a cargar los datos fiscales.

I called again and they had no guide number and until that day that I called again, they sent my package. In addition, as they do not have their own platform for the store, they do not validate the payment until days later (and you lose the promotions of your credit card of the good end !!!).
I cannot comment on the quality because they have not reached me ... It is very difficult for them to answer you, by mail they never did, and by phone it costs a lot (although according to them, they had never complained that the calls did not come in). Ah! and they make you fill in data to invoice at the time of purchase and they say that until I receive the order with a ticket I cannot invoice and I have to reload the tax data.

Siempre he tenido problemas para encontrar calzado de mi talla, generalmente solo tienen de un color o modelo parecido de los que no quiero. De aquí me llevé tres pares, entre ellos uno de un color que nunca había visto en las tiendas de zapatos comunes. Dejaron de fabricar ese modelo, así que ya no regresé por más. Ahora compro Siete Leguas. No son tan cómodas como esas Berrendo de antes
Years ago I bought my favorite Berrendo model here. I've always had trouble finding shoes in my size, usually they only have a similar color or model that I don't want. From here I took three pairs, including one of a color that I had never seen in ordinary shoe stores. They stopped making that model, so I didn't go back for more. Now I buy Siete Leguas. They are not as comfortable as those Berrendo from before
