Poor quality. I bought Timberland PRO boots and it broke from where the laces were tied and they told me why I use them where there is a lot of land, when on their page they say they are for outside.

Terrible service, I bought some heavy-duty boots and 2 days after using them on simple asphalt and normal floors, the sole of one of the boots was badly damaged. I returned the product and after a couple of days they told me they would change them, I requested to change them for another model and from there the torture began, they tell you that they are going to check and that they will call you back, even they put the time when you They will call and they never do, you have to be running around them to make them listen to you and to define you. It's been 2 months and I still don't have some boots for which I already paid, when I paid for the difference for the other model they told me they were going to send them to me, a whole week passed and they hadn't even done the procedure to send them, when they finally sent them They gave me wrong guide numbers so I can't track it, I tell them and they tell me that they are going to review it, they take hours and they don't define me. To this day they have not defined me, really lousy, lousy service. Do not buy online with them, regardless of the result, I will never buy from them again. Better buy in a physical store or look for other brands. Do not really waste your time, money or peace of mind with the online store, I really do not know how they have won international awards with that level of quality and service.

I cannot comment on the quality because they have not reached me ... It is very difficult for them to answer you, by mail they never did, and by phone it costs a lot (although according to them, they had never complained that the calls did not come in). Ah! and they make you fill in data to invoice at the time of purchase and they say that until I receive the order with a ticket I cannot invoice and I have to reload the tax data.
