★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen devoluciones y los cambios son a costo del cliente $180 pesos, aún si tienen defectos como en mi caso, la suela con rebabas e imperfecciones. Costaron $735 más el envío, nada justo que terminara casi $1,000 pesos que no lo valen. Muy mala atención a cliente.

Adquirí unas botas 25 y me quedaron chicas cuando siempre he comprado esta talla en otras zapaterías y nunca tuve problema. NO HACEN DEVOLUCIONES, porque según ellos no va dentro de sus políticas. La verdad deja una muy mala experiencia para los clientes, solo puedes hacer un cambio y TE LO COBRAN.
PIERDES DINERO, TIEMPO Y LA CALIDAD DE LOS ZAPATOS NI SIQUIERA ES BUENA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésima calidad, no te los cambiaran y si te los cambian tu tendrás que pagar todoooo y al final te puedes comprar unos zapatos en una tienda departamental de infinitamente mejor calidad, ahorrense una desagradable experiencia y unos zapatos super mal hechos, sus tallas no cuadran en lo absoluto .. Y su personal pésimo..
Hay mil mejores opciones de verdad y sinceramente se los digo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Verdad No se los recomiendo, los tenis que pedí traen defecto de fabrica. Les mande WhatsApp al número con esta misma información para solucionar el problema y en su defecto me los cambiaran ya que es imposible caminar, sobre todo el tenis de lado derecho, y los 15 se rompio el forro por dentro y sólo me dejaron en visto. Lo peor es que no cuestan 2 ni 3 pesos. Iba a pedir otro par de tenis que me habían gustado, pero con esta Pésima Experiencia No lo vuelvo hacer jamás

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí dos pares de calzado y venian unos reducidos en talla, los otros una talla mayor, hable para que me hicieran el cambio y supuestamente un tal Carlos González me dijo que no y que no estuviera fastidiando, se identificó como el Gerente. Me parece nefasto que vendan en línea y no se hagan responsables de la calidad de lo que venden, seguramente su gerente de producción no tiene ni idea al igual que el supuesto Carlos de lo que es atención y servicio al cliente. NO COMPREN EN LÍNEA VENDEN LO QUE NO LES SIRVE!!!! Me vi en la necesidad de darles una estrella para publicar mi mal momento sin embargo , ni eso se merecen!!
