I do not recommend making purchases online or providing data to Calzado Gaona. Very complicated return process. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and they are taking care of the refund process. They did not like that and they contacted me on WhatsApp threatening me and warning me of a visit.

I bought some boots and in less than two months of use, the sole broke (see image). In addition, the material they use inside is of poor quality and wears out very quickly. If I could put 0 stars I would, I am disappointed with the purchase. Misleading advertising, they show you the boot from the outside (it looks good) but that does not guarantee that the other materials are of good quality. Second comment: Now it turns out that it is my fault that the shoe will arrive in poor condition? I clarify, the shoe did not present any problem at the time of receiving it, and indeed THE SOLE BROKEN AFTER TWO MONTHS but I would not expect that a product of supposed good quality would have its sole damaged after two months. At no time did they "offer me the repair of the shoe" as the "owner" describes it, but I invite you to show the conversations (with date) of the supposed moment in which they offered it to me, and above all to clarify the supposed "no more you wanted to." Lack of professionalism and misleading advertising. If this is the case: clarify before selling that the footwear will last less than 2 months and is made with poor quality materials.
