Compre unas plataformas que a las 2 horas de usarlos se rompieron voy por una solucion y me dicen que los van a mandar a reparación con el proveedor, pasan días llamo y no me saben dar razón, vuelvo a llamar y nada , hasta que se cumplió un mes , exigí mi devolución a lo cual al fin me dieron otro par de plataformas diferentes porque ya no había de las mismas. Mucha pérdida de tiempo en algo que pudieron hacer desde el principio

I bought some platforms that after 2 hours of using them broke, I go for a solution and they tell me that they are going to send them for repair with the provider, I call for days and they do not know how to give me a reason, I call again and nothing, until it was fulfilled one month, I demanded my return to which at last they gave me another couple of different platforms because there were no longer any of them. A lot of time wasted on something they were able to do from the start
