★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar unas botas el 3 de Nov y resultó que eran bajo "pedido" le pedí que me tomará el pedido y que le liquidaria el costo y fue a preguntar a la que me imagino es la encargada y dijo que no era necesario que llegarían el miércoles. Regresé el siguiente sábado 10 de Nov, pedí las botas y resulta que me vuelve a decir que son bajo pedido. Le explicó la situación y dice ni modo no llegaron. Le pido hablar con la encargada y esta se niega. Le digo que su servicio es pésimo y que no tiene ni idea de lo que es atención al cliente ni mucho menos que es comprar bajo pedido. Un asco de servicio. No volveré nunca.

Le voy más a Truper pero esto todavía no acaba
