★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obvio que es un lugar al que pocos queremos ir. Acudí a pagar una infracción por estacionarme mal. Es pésima la experiencia: se tardan horrores, es tedioso, casi siempre hay mucha gente, se les va el sistema, en fin. Pero unos tips: Esperen 48 horas para ir y que ya esté su placa en oficinas y si pagan en un lugar que no sea la caja de allí, por ejemplo Banco, Oxxo, etc , deben pasar al menos 24 horas para que se refleje el depósito en su sistema, so pena de repetir la tortura otra vez (como yo) . Y coincido con otro comentario, no es tanto la multa, lo peor es tener que ir a sus oficinas -la zona es muy transitada-, encontrar estacionamiento y luego formarse y esperar horas para recuperar tu placa.

No te atienden por infracciones del mismo dia
Para pago de infracción tardas aprox 2 hrs
Traer copia de tarjeta de circulación e identificación
Aceptan pago con tarjeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para atención al ciudadano, no tienen espacios suficientes para atender a la gente. Los "funcionarios" son ineptos para atender. Que pena de gobierno tenemos en Puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quitaron mi placa la semana pasada...me dieron mi infracción y la pague antes de 5 días por línea...YO LO RECOMIENDO...EVITAS PERDER MAS TIEMPO ...para solo pagar el 50%...llegué y muy AMABLES ME SORPRENDI!!! Me tarde casi hora y media en salir
They took my license plate last week...they gave me my infraction and I paid it within 5 days online...I RECOMMEND IT...AVOID WASTING MORE TIME...just to pay 50%...I arrived and VERY KIND I WAS SURPRISED!!! It took me almost an hour and a half to get out.
