★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para entrenar Full Contact, Tae Kwon Do y defensa personal. Las rutinas no son monótonas, hay mucho acondicionamiento físico, el nivel es muy competitivo. El profesor tiene mucha experiencia y esta certificado. Tambien hay cursos, p. ej. de defensa personal para mujeres y primeros auxilios. De lo mejor!
Excellent place to train Full Contact, Tae Kwon Do and self defense. The routines are not monotonous, there is a lot of physical conditioning, the level is very competitive. The teacher is very experienced and certified. There are also courses, p. ex. self defense for women and first aid. Of the best!
