 They lack more staff. They have to give it more fluidity when they sell the most, for example to the personnel that dispatches the hypochlorite, put another person more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio el día de ayer acudí a comprar hipoclorito y pedí hablar con el gerente por que atienden como si les hicieras un favor y la respuesta fue "el gerente no atiende clientes" ultima vez que voy a este lugar.
Terrible Service yesterday I went to buy hypochlorite and asked to speak to the manager because they serve as if you were doing them a favor and the answer was "the manager does not serve customers" last time I go to this place.

No me entregan en tiempo, y su pretexto es que les fallan los choferes, por lo tanto o su departamento de recursos humanos no sabe contratar personal o sus dirigentes no saben tratar a su personal.
Y aparte veo mucha descordinacion entre el personal de ventas y almacén.
I have 3 consecutive orders, with problems.
They don't deliver on time, and their pretext is that their drivers fail them, therefore either their human resources department doesn't know how to hire personnel or their leaders don't know how to treat their personnel.
And besides, I see a lot of lack of coordination between the sales and warehouse staff.
