★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad desde hace mucho quería comprar algo que se acomodara a los espacios en qué estoy, llegué a "camas ocultas" por qué de por sí ya iba decidido comprar algo, sin embargo me recibe un señor que para empezar casi me atropella con su motoneta al subirla a la banqueta, su atención hacia mi persona francamente malísima, me hizo sentir que el estaba perdiendo su tiempo al atenderme, hice mi pedido a pesar de su mala actitud, salí de local con la idea de que no debí comprar, a pesar de que si quería comprar, cuando llegó mi pedido a casa, fue el mismo señor me entrego mi producto sin envolver, y sucio, ya que era de tela, ya lo único que quería era pagar y acabar con la mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy sábado 27 de julio 2019, visité la tienda de “Camas Ocultas” en Av Insurgentes centro # 13, CDMX, buscando en internet encontré esta ubicación porque estoy interesado en mobiliario ahorrador de espacio, pero desafortunadamente el caballero que atiende no tiene interés en mostrar sus productos, no permite que los clientes veamos los diseños en exhibición, simplemente se limita a decir que trabajan con muebles ahorradores de espacio a la medida; la tienda tiene muy pocos modelos en exhibición, aunque tienen 2 niveles hay muy poco a la vista. El caballero que atiende se limita a entregar un volante publicitario de la tienda pero no promueve nada, da la impresión que es primordial que los clientes salgamos pronto de la tienda, es una pena que este caballero no quiera vender. Los muebles parecen ser de buena calidad, pero no tuve la oportunidad de apreciar con detalle los modelos. Muy mala experiencia, afortunadamente hay más opciones en la ciudad.

Las camas no son justas ni al precio. Se le pidió al señor que nos diera una cama abatible color blanco y en algunos lados ni pintura tiene, tiene demasiados detalles, tardó demasiado en entregar... El señor se excusó que por el clima la cama no estaba lista y por si fuera poco la cama ya se está desarmando.
El señor comentó que tardaba 10 días hábiles en entregar y YO tuve que estar al pendiente de cuando venía, si ya estaba, ni siquiera se toma la molestia de avisarte el por qué se tardó más tiempo del debido. En verdad créanme que lo barato sale caro. Por suerte hay más opciones en la ciudad.
Terrible experience I give it 1 star because I can not put less.
The beds are not fair or at the price. The man was asked to give us a white folding bed and on some sides there is no paint, it has too many details, it took too long to deliver ... The man excused himself that because of the weather the bed was not ready and last but not least the bed is already coming apart.
The man commented that it took 10 business days to deliver and I had to be aware of when it came, if it was already there, he didn't even bother to tell you why it took longer than it should. Really believe me that cheap is expensive. Luckily there are more options in the city.
