★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy bello, siempre luce muy limpio. los residentes muy organizados. Tienen sus eventos como posadas, día de muertos, el 16 de septiembre. Eso ayuda mucho a la buena convivencia.
It is a very beautiful subdivision, it always looks very clean. the residents very organized. They have their events as inns, day of the dead, on September 16. That helps a lot to the good coexistence.

Soy discapacitado y uso un bordón ayer estaba caminando con mis perros y unos albañiles de Luxma estaban ladrándoles a mis perros, acosándolos a ellos y a mí. Les grité y siguieron haciéndolo. Muy inmaduro y si hubieran hecho que mis perros me tiraran, resultando en lastimarme la próxima vez llamaré a la policía y a un abogado. En cuanto a seguridad es una broma .... en el año y medio que llevo viviendo aquí ha habido varios robos, uno que fue asistido por uno de los guardias de seguridad. Nunca jamás le compraría una casa a Luxma. Obviamente no se preocupan por sus compradores y las casas están mal construidas.
I bought a house and it takes a year and a half to fix the defects on my list. Horrible. I am disabled and use a staff. Yesterday I was walking with my dogs and some bricklayers from Luxma were barking at my dogs, harassing them and me. I yelled at them and they kept doing it. Very immature and if they had made my dogs throw me, resulting in hurting me next time I will call the police and a lawyer. As for security, it is a joke .... in the year and a half that I have been living here there have been several robberies, one that was assisted by one of the security guards. I would never, ever buy Luxma a house. They obviously don't care about their buyers and the houses are poorly built.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proyecto en general está muy bonito, bien planeado y las casas hermosas. Además la atención que me dió es asesor fue muy buena y me dió opciones de compra. Aún no compro casa ahí pero el lugar es excepcional.
