★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me fue otorgado uno de los 3 tours contratados, me hicieron pagar demás por un supuesto incremento en la tarifa supuestamente regulado por la Unión de agencias y transportadoras de san Cristóbal, desde el el martes 17 de sep 2019 no me han devuelto mi dinero el cual pague por adelantado, han puesto mil excusas han pasado ya 3 días y siguen sin responder con mi reembolso, es agencia sin seriedad en sus servicios y definitivamente no recomendable ya que no genera confianza con este tema, me pidieron esperarlos para mi deposito y no responde mis llamadas o mensajes por favor si alguien conoce el numero de la unión de agencia y transportadoras de san Cristóbal ayúdenme a reportar.
I was not awarded one of the 3 hired tours, they made me pay others for an alleged increase in the rate supposedly regulated by the Union of agencies and transporters of San Cristóbal, since Tuesday, Sep 17, 2019 they have not returned my money on which pays in advance, they have put a thousand excuses have already passed 3 days and still do not respond with my refund, it is an agency without seriousness in their services and definitely not recommended since it does not generate confidence with this issue, they asked me to wait for them for my deposit and not answer my calls or messages please if anyone knows the number of the agency and transport union of San Cristobal help me to report.
