Si buscan un lugar en el que los traten mal y en el que carezcan de empatía, compren o renten estos hermosos departamentos a un precio que sobrepasa los 350,000 USD. Mi consejo es que pregunten si Montserrat Huerta sigue a cargo de la administración y si es así no vayan ni compren. Paso a relatar qué pasó: La administradora del complejo, Montserrat Huerta, nos prohibió el acceso después de 4 días de estancia apelando al punto del reglamento interno según el cual no se podía tener mascotas. En los 4 días previos habíamos sido autorizados sobre este punto por el arrendador, el personal de seguridad y de recepción para poder circular con la mascota por las áreas comunes. En estos 4 días salimos y entramos con nuestro perro por el estacionamiento del edificio para respetar las indicaciones que nos habían dado. Montserrat Huerta, con dolo, dio indicaciones al personal de seguridad de que nos dejaran salir para no dejarnos ingresar de nuevo, aunque estuvieran todas nuestras cosas y el carro en el edificio. En los 4 días que estuvimos pudimos ver que había, al menos, otros 2 perros en el edificio: uno de raza chica y otro de raza grande. El problema, según nos indicó ella, era que nuestro perro era mestizo (no de raza) y eso daba mala imagen. INCREÍBLE Son departamentos que en renta cuestan arriba de 2000 USD al mes, y esta persona parece que no entiende quien le paga su sueldo. Nosotros pagamos 3 meses completos de renta lo que convierte la estadía en una renta de larga estancia. En este sentido, para una larga estancia el reglamento del edificio que aplica es igual al del propietario del departamento y no como arrendatario vacacional (para quienes no se permiten mascotas). Espero que les sirva nuestra mala experiencia para no pasar algo igual Top quality facilities, but terrible service. We pay 3 full months of rent which turns the stay into a long stay rental. In this sense, for a long stay, the applicable building regulations are the same as those of the apartment owner and not as a holiday tenant (for whom pets are not allowed). It is not heated, has ladders instead of steps making it unusable for anyone with a minor mobility problem. Not worth the money if the pool cant be used. The property is not managed oroperly and there are all kinds of ridiculous rules. The front desk will not accept a parcel for a guest and will not tell the guest that someone tried to leave a parcel. They need training in customer service.
