★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is quite beautiful and the hotel justifies it by introducing some spotless interior design. However, there is absolutely no atmosphere or any joy in the hotel. Guests often don't interact. Staff does their best to be at the ready but it fails to bridge the atmosphere. Don't come here for the food either. It is not worth it. All in all it is a pretty picture without relevant content.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel seemed old, but well maintained. Rooms are spacious, and most with an ocean view. It has two restaurants: 1) the Vela, which is the nicest one is just good in flavor. 2)The other restaurant is the regular buffet offered in other places, food yet not extraordinarily.
It is a nice place for a weekend getaway, however, I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The hotel is small and relatively far from other restaurants and malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really good, but its sad to be in such a great spot yet such a poorly kept property. A lot to say about the front desk staff and management. Old hotels can have great magic, but here they’ve allowed for the room to look old, musty poor maintenance in general; pools dont look clean either (couldnt get in....) We paid for a suite and got a “club room” they know they have a spot and they are charging you for that and that only. Sad....so much lost potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good view... Pool was fine. But the private beach is very small, so gets too crowded. Rooms are kind of far away all from each other. The place feels like a big labyrinth inside. Food is good, except for breakfast, which is overall not so tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for the first time last year, and this year we came back as everything was just awesome. It has the best location given its small but private sandy beach, large pool area, stunning view of the pichilingue bay from the hill. Besides, service is always friendly, there’s a wide breakfast selection rooms - although a bit outdated - but very clean. In high season it can get a bit noisy with all the families but all in all the best Acapulco hotel I stayed so far
