★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice, room were kind of small nice restroom good size , me and my wife we're going out and had a guested with us. this was about 10 p.m. we're going out to eat in the local restaurant. When the front security asked me what room number was I in. He told me that only two people were allowed in the room. Then he started following us to the elevator like we where some kind of convicts. He stays with us till we get to the lobby and he leaves his post unattended makes sure that we get to the front reception. When the front reception tell me she will have to charge me 500 pesos per person. which I was OK with if there were going to stay with me. they were only guested. they made my guest wait in the front lobby. I've been in so many hotels I never had this issue , I find this really disrespectful towards my guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new hotel very well located. Good restaurant inside the hotel and good options around. Rooms are nicely decorated with a very confortable bed. Internet is free with very good speed. There is a shopping center around with a good variety of stores. Service of the hotel staff was excellent and you feel always safe. Has a pool and a small gym.

Check-in is a joke, seems like from the past century.
WiFi is a shame! ~3 Mbps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room 2617. Shower stopped twice in the morning mid-shower, and cold water fluctuated so shower when it was on was scolding hot or tepid.
Check in took around 15 minutes despite no queue - there was confusion over my luggage that I'd left with them as I'd arrived before my room was ready.
Breakfast not a great offer. They were unable to serve a black tea, instead presenting a fruit tea. Other items were not well stocked.
Coffee tray had just one coffee pod. Glad I'm only here for 1 night, not 10 like my colleagues. On positive side, the bed was comfy and the AC was effective albeit noisy.
