★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amenities, and relatively clean hotel but extremely subpar compared to other 5 star hotels. Pool is never useable because it’s full of leaves and other guck. The furniture, lighting etc seems a bit outdated. Not worth the premium price tag..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at the buffet is terrible it lack of flavor at all. The staff is not paying attention to the customers and they visit your table once every three hours. The men's bathroom wasnt clean at all and nobody paid attention to such an important detail in the whole time I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start? The hotel is on a huge property. There are many gardens and water. Pools , fountains etc. Unfortunately this bring bugs and insects of every shape and size. As far as I can tell there is no pest control for insects in place. The black flys that are tiny but they bite. Mosquitoes everywhere and this can be controlled. The ants are both sugar feeders and meat eaters and there are thousands. I won't get into the room however it should be noted that the air Conditioning is old and mouldy and there is old carpet in the rooms. Enough said. Service is good but hard to appreciate when the other issues are in the for front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. Rooms are okay could have been better. Hotel location was nice. Best thing this is this is not a typical vertical building style hotel. Good space for children to play and gardens. Resturants and bar are decent. Staff if helpful and speaks english. Overall a good choice to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet which I liked, my room had a bit of a musky smell otherwise it would have been better. Services overall was pretty good, breakfast was a buffet type and it was excellent. Food was fresh and services was excellent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so awesome. Whenever I go to Guadalajara I come here. Their pricing is very good and they have amazing catering. The breakfast is always good and they make sure you're happy with everything. The rooms are very clean and the pool is pretty nice. The gym is neat. Anytime someone asks me where to stay there I tell them to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful campus-like hotel. Rooms are simple and rustic and come with a spacious patio. Outdoor breakfast buffet is pricey but worth it. Pleasant live music. Their charging system is quirky. The refrigerators in the rooms do not refrigerate! No bottles of water in the rooms but a gift shop that sells snack items. Staff is friendly and attentive as only the Mexican people can be. Good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All COVID sanitary measures are followed; temperature checking, shoe mat, hand sanitizer applied as you enter the premises. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast every day was outstanding: great selection, very polite staff waiting on you. Big disappointment: the swimming pools, not well kept, lacking maintenance. Only the main pool was working properly, with all new technology the WATER TEMPERATURE was extremely cold, so no pool cover or heating available. The other disappointing thing was the AC UNIT not working. We asked the front desk and we got different answers, finally on day 4 they provided a fan
