★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya en proceso d compra nuestra abogada les solicita una hoja donde se estipulara hasta q fecha podian entregar la casa (fecha q ellos podían poner) el asesor se comunica con su jefa nos comenta q si, nos retiramos y ni media hora nos hablaron para decir que ya no nos venderian nada ? parece ser q tuvieran gravamen!! Cuidado

Además por el precio es excelente!
Yo estaba entre Montebello y aquí y obviamente elegí aquí, ya que las casas son mucho más grandes, con mejores acabados, características y además el conjunto tiene alberca.
Y si es bastante céntrico.
