★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace cuatro años venimos a una boda y nos hospedamos en ese hotel , no acostumbraba aún a escribir reseñas pero tiene excelente ubicación y por lo que pude apreciar en esta ocasión que no llegamos ahí, lo mantienen bien
 Four years ago we came to a wedding and stayed at that hotel, I was not used to writing reviews yet but it has an excellent location and from what I could see on this occasion that we did not get there, they keep it well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo el restaurante, el bufete completo, se siente que el hotel es nuevo tanto en servicio como en variedad, no hay suficiente personal, tardan muchísimo con la comida y bebida en servicio de roof top, no tienen frutos rojos para los Gin tonic, les falta un buen barman y música para disfrutar de la vista y la piscina!
Creo que es porque es muy nuevo pero el tiempo de espera de servicio y la calidad no corresponde a un Camino real!

The restaurant is very nice, the complete buffet, it feels that the hotel is new both in service and in variety, there is not enough staff, they take a long time with the food and drinks in the roof top service, they do not have red fruits for the Gin and tonic, They lack a good barman and music to enjoy the view and the pool!
I think it's because it's very new but the waiting time for service and quality does not correspond to a Camino real!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, beautiful, extra excellent service, food amazing. The only little thing is that I asked for different drinks and they didn’t have them, apparently out of stuck, no martinis, no Prosecco, no mimosas, no wine per cup just bottles and of course no bottomless. I’m expressing this because here in USA there is a lot of places where people enjoy these drinks and there is a lot of Americans in Merida, I’m sure they they better in this department!
