★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camino Real Pachuca is an outstanding Hotel I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. I have travelled and stayed at many hotels around the World. I have been staying at the Hotel for 3 weeks and the staff have been outstanding! The staff are so friendly and hospitable and they are there to help with your every needs. All staff from the reception to cleaners to restaurant staff are very professional, friendly and engaging in conversation. I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying at Camino Real the next time i'm in Pachuca. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I have a 6 day stay and today is Day 3. The people at the front desk are non- professional and lack customer service skills. I’ve had to call 3 times about the hair dryer not working. I still don’t have a hair dryer. I had to call numerous times about WiFi because the connection is terrible and they charge daily for it! I had to ask them to move me because my neighbor was smoking and no one at the front desk would handle the problem. The rooms are unclean. The mattresses smell quite awful. I would never stay here again.
