★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polanco location, great breakfast, nice inner yard with a pool, ok gym. The rest is poor, it is simply not even close to a 5-star hotel. Outdated interior from the 80-s, everything quite used, stains in rooms, but worst of all - reception barely speaks English, pushing you to pay in cash for everything, including $150+/night rooms, blocks room keys to make you come back to them, even quite offensive at times. In total, absolutely not recommended for international business visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A creepy man came approached me on their blue bar opening day while my boyfriend was sitting next to me. Then he went away but came back to gave everyone the middle finger and came back to us and trying to fight us. Meanwhile I told the staffs that this man is not safe to anyone here but sadly the staffs did nothing and didn’t even try to make our experience better. We don’t feel safe afterword and feeling very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite hotel in Mexico City in a great safe neigbhourhood. The hotel is built like an urban oasis in a park - very tranquil but close to Roma and Condessa etc. - and Chapultepec Park and museums. It's a hidden gem. Well priced. The pool is awesome. The rooms are huge. The vintage Lagoretta Lagoretta is architecture is incredible. Every time I am there I never want to leave....
