★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, pueden tardar semanas en entregarte tu vehículo, para ellos no existe el sentido de urgencia, no les corre el tiempo, la atención a cliente nula, cotizaciones lentas, rogar para que te facturen. Tiempos de espera eternos. Si te llegan a responder date por bien servido.
Te obligas a ir ahí porque por fuera no encuentras las refacciones pero si puedes evitate acudir el servicio de verdad es PESIMO. Intenta comprar refacciones y llévalo con cualquier mecánico, si tu negocio depende de ellos te auguro que ya estás en un problema.
The service is terrible, it can take weeks to deliver your vehicle, for them there is no sense of urgency, they do not have time, zero customer service, slow quotes, begging to be billed. Eternal waiting times. If they answer you, be well served.
You force yourself to go there because you can't find the spare parts on the outside, but if you can avoid going to the service, it's really DAMN. Try to buy spare parts and take it to any mechanic, if your business depends on them I predict that you are already in a problem.
