★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lástima honestamente, el problema de ser una "marca premium" es que el cliente también espera servicio premium y no solo un producto premium a costo premium.
Con la hamaca en sí no hay ningún problema, pero nos asesoraron mal al comprar unas sogas que era claro (para un experto, no un novato como yo) que iban a ser muy cortas para donde lo queríamos instalar. Lo peor es que al exponer esta situación ni hubo una disculpa, una propuesta de cómo resolverlo / devolver el producto etc.
Al menos que sepan exactamente qué necesitan para su situación, no puedo recomendar comprar aquí ya que les vale gorro cualquier apoyo post-venta de calidad.
 A pity honestly, the problem with being a "premium brand" is that the customer also expects premium service and not just a premium product at premium cost.
With the hammock itself there is no problem, but they advised us badly when buying some ropes that it was clear (for an expert, not a novice like me) that they would be very short for where we wanted to install it. The worst thing is that when exposing this situation there was not an apology, a proposal of how to solve it / return the product etc.
Unless they know exactly what they need for your situation, I can't recommend buying here as any quality after-sales support is worth your while.
