Terrible customer service, I call to request service and they only say that in a moment it arrives, which never happens, they just take away the opportunity to buy with another company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan y cuando lo hacen de muy mala gana. Deberían de mejor indicar que no piensan contestar o no están en servicio y así no nos hacen perder el tiempo.
Terrible service, they never answer and when they do it very reluctantly. They should better indicate that they do not intend to answer or are not in service and thus they do not waste our time.
