Mal servicio al cliente por parte del departamento de repuestos, el responsable nunca responde o le dice que le dará una respuesta y nunca le devuelve la llamada !!!!!!!! lo llamas y no te contesta para recibir un reemplazo me dijeron un mes !!!!!!!!! y al cabo de un mes no ha llegado nada no te avisan parece que están aburridos de gestionar clientes la empresa debe darse cuenta de que Sea Doo es sinónimo de eficiencia.
Poor customer service from the parts department, the person in charge never responds or tells you that he will give you an answer and never calls you back !!!!!!!! You call him and he doesn't answer to receive a replacement they told me a month !!!!!!!!! and after a month nothing has arrived they do not tell you it seems that they are bored of managing customers the company must realize that Sea Doo is synonymous with efficiency.

EL PEOR SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN A EL CLIENTE DE MEXICO ! Pedí unas partes hace casi un año , y cada vez que trate de recogerlas “estaban cambiando de sistema “ “el almacénista no está” “estaban haciendo inventario” Nadie responde por nada y a ninguno de los empleados les importa nada ?
THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER ATTENTION IN MEXICO! I ordered some parts almost a year ago, and every time I try to pick them up “they were changing the system” “the warehouseman is not there” “they were taking inventory” Nobody answers for anything and none of the employees give a damn ?

ME INTERESABA UN VEHÍCULO , FUI A LA AGENCIA PARA CONVENCERME DE MI COMPRA , PERO DESDE EL PRIMER MOMENTO CAMBIARON LAS EXPECTATIVAS ,TARDARON APROXIMADAMENTE 20 EN ATENDERME PARA LUEGO DECIRME QUE NO HAY LO QUE BUSCABA. Quedaron formalmente en enviarme la información , ya pasaron 7 días y aún no cuento con ningún tipo de dato. Ni siquiera para darle seguimiento , pero sorpresa con los comentarios y reseñas de clientes anteriores debido a sus malas experiencias a causa de su falta de profesionalismo!!! Muy mal trabajo por parte de la agencia , y lastima por la marca ,
I WAS INTERESTED IN A VEHICLE, I WENT TO THE AGENCY TO CONVINCE ME OF MY PURCHASE, BUT FROM THE FIRST MOMENT THE EXPECTATIONS CHANGED, IT TAKEN APPROXIMATELY 20 TO TREAT ME AND THEN TELL ME THAT THERE IS NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. They formally agreed to send me the information, 7 days have passed and I still do not have any data. Not even to follow up, but surprise with the comments and reviews of previous clients due to their bad experiences due to their lack of professionalism !!! Very bad work from the agency, and it hurts for the brand,

It is a pity that I have to put one star on this company it is a worthless compagny it does not even deserve one star I would give it a negative five star I can not understand that BRP can-am allows such a bad and worthless compagny to spoil their name. I brought my 1000 maverick can am to them to change the starter it took them about 2months and when I got it back I had to pay a lot more then agreed with them and after 10 miles of driving the starter got loose, I decided to check this by myself and then came the big surprise... they forgot to remount my skid plate and the starter had no screw. I called them and I asked for my skid plate and indeed they found it. I asked how can my starter get loose, no answer.... they forgot the skid plate and of course they forgot to fix my starter. Had to remount it all again but this time by myself, no refund or discount was accepted and the starter never got loose again. Do not go there ....avoid this campion of bad work... They are just friendly when you want to buy after that you will be all alone never will step in or buy another can am

Worst customer service ever. Zero respect for post purchase customer service. I strongly urge anyone thinking of a personal watercraft to seek can-am competitors if in the cancun area
