E	Emilio Moran Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy poco concurrido pero que debería ser promovido, el lugar esta acondicionado para como para llamarlo campamento, tiene áreas de juego, cabañas, una palapa para hacer una comida al aire libre, y el contacto directo con la naturaleza, lo malo es que el acceso es complicado y no siempre pueden entrar los carros con facilidad sobre todo si llovió, hace mucho frío por lo que hay que ir bien abrigado y si pretendes quedarte debes llevar todo lo necesario comer y taparte a la hora de dormir. Hay una pequeña cooperativa pero esta muy limitada y la tienda o farmacia mas cercana esta a una hora de camino en carro. Necesitas conseguir un guía local si decides dar una caminata ya que es muy fácil perder el camino. Actualmente el lugar está abandonado, sin que parezca existir alguna iniciativa para restaurarlo. Aún así, tiene una tienda, cancha de basquet bol y vóleibol, así como espacio para calentar alimentos. Metros más adelante, se encuentra un mirador, lamentablemente también se encuentra dejado en el olvido, pero desde el cual pueden tomarse muy buenas fotografías del iztaccíhuatl.
