Comfortable, practical and cheap ... it leaves much to be desired cleaning and the trainers are limited to explaining the routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se rescata que el lugar está limpio y fresco, hay una zona para dejar las pertenencias y utilizar las regaderas.
La atención es mala, no hay instructores capacitados que te expliquen como usar los aparatos simplemente te medio dicen como usarlos y se van a platicar, es preferible preguntarles a los mismos clientes sobre la postura y forma correcta de usarlos.
Dice que abren a las 6 am y en realidad abren a las 7 am.
It is rescued that the place is clean and fresh, there is an area to leave belongings and use the showers.
The attention is bad, there are no trained instructors who will explain how to use the devices, they simply half tell you how to use them and they are going to talk, it is preferable to ask the same clients about the correct posture and way of using them.
It says they open at 6am and they actually open at 7am.
