Can Cocal is magic. the welcome, the team, everyone is nice and smiling. it's the perfect place to rest and enjoy el Cuyo. The rooms are spacious, clean and they are attentive to the environment. The restaurant's cuisine is fresh and delicious. In short, I recommend without hesitation! Thanks Sandra, Fausto y Pablo and all the team you are the best !!

Beautiful setting. Calming, modern rooms. Super friendly staff. So close to the beach with an enchanting path that leads you there. Loved the private balcony as well. Definitely want to return!

This is a wonderful small hotel run by incredible humans. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. I loved watching the sunrise every morning. The staff is wonderful and I hope to stay here again soon. We also loved the food - great breakfast juices, great cafe, great omelettes, amazing lentil ceviche, tuna tartar - beer and wine. Everything was perfect. Mil gracias!!

We had a great stay at Can Cocal. The room had a beautiful view from the terrace and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is really good too and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommended. We hope to return to El Cuyo and Can Cocal some day!!

What a beautiful spot! Sandra and Fausto were very welcoming and it felt like we were staying with friends. The very good location makes it very easy to go for a quick dip in the sea. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely go back!

An incredible experience not only for the exquisite rooms with fine decor but the warmth of the owners and the staff will make you feel at home. And the food is top notch. Beware, you will never want to leave, especially if you stay on the top floor rooms with private rooftop terrace and tub.

There’s no doubt this place is beautiful and location can’t be beat! Across the street from the beach via a little trail access. The room is decorated very stylishly using colors tastefully and natural elements. The bed was incredible and we slept very well. There is a nice pool area with chairs and hammocks spread about. It was nice to hang out in the shade and drink beers and cocktails. The staff was kind enough to bring them to us. This place does deserve 5/5 but there were some big discrepancies that stopped me from doing so. My husband booked an ocean view room and our room faced the construction of the lot away from the ocean. The room did have a wrap around balcony and if that’s what’s meant by ocean view it’s very cheeky. For some reason, they built the building with all the balcony’s facing away and only a tiny window is facing the ocean that’s in the bathroom. Very bizarre. (We arrived super late at night so we didn’t notice the view until the next morning and by then felt silly asking for a room change when we’ve already used the room plus I’m not sure if there are any that are ocean view). When we arrived, we were told there would be breakfast included, which was a nice surprise for us. But then when we got to the restaurant area, they had no idea what we were talking about. When we were leaving to go on a tour, I overheard a women tell the guy working there that he should offer us the beach seating (I assume she’s the owner)… we didn’t need it then so I let him know but then when I asked about it later to someone else, they again had no idea what I was talking about. I think the staff may have been new when we stayed because I felt like I was getting different sets of information from different staff. It’s mostly for this reason I can’t give 5/5. Our stay was still great and I’d still recommend this place but I would also recommend to get the facts straight from the beginning.

Absolutely stunning rooms with fantastic attention to detail that made an overall luxurious experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff, providing great service. Dinner there was also great with a focus on Spanish cuisine. The beach is right across the street so you can be in the sea from your bed in less than one minute.
