Deje a mi perrita en servicio de pensión y quedaron en recibirla a las 8 am ya que mi vuelo salía a las 11 am y llegaron después de las 10 am a abrir el local!! . Mi perrita se quedo ahí 3 días y ellos quedaron en enviarme fotos para que yo pudiera ver como se encontraba porque ''según'' se la llevan a otro lugar en el que no estan encerrados y los sacan a pasear, pero solo me dejaban en visto y no respondían mis llamadas. Cuando fui por ella me percaté que ni siquiera usaron la cobija que les mande y que además se encontraba encerrada. Además de que les pedí el servicio de baño y cuando les dije que ya no quería el servicio me dijeron que ya la habían bañado pero cuando la recogí tenía su pelo húmedo y su pelo todo mal cortado y tuzado.
Son poco amables y poco atentos. Nunca dejen a sus mascotas ahí, ya que yo ni siquiera pude disfrutar mi viaje por estar con el pendiente de mi mascota. Pésimo servicio!!
 I do not recommend it at all! I left my dog in pension service and they agreed to receive her at 8 am since my flight left at 11 am and they arrived after 10 am to open the premises !! . My dog stayed there for 3 days and they stayed to send me photos so that I could see how she was because `` according to '' they take her to another place where they are not locked up and take them out for a walk, but they just left me in seen and did not answer my calls. When I went for her I realized that they didn't even use the blanket I sent them and that she was also locked up. In addition to that I asked for the bathroom service and when I told them that I no longer wanted the service they told me that they had already bathed her but when I picked her up she had her wet hair and her hair all badly cut and curled.
They are unkind and unattentive. Never leave your pets there, since I couldn't even enjoy my trip because of being with my pet's earring. Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perro hace 10 días a bañar, regresó oliendo a jabón zote y a los 4 días empezó con un problema de hongo en su piel. Afortunadamente lo llevé a tiempo al veterinario porque de lo contrario se le iba a empezar a caer el pelo. (El jabón zote es muy malo para los perros porque le quita la capa grasa de su pelaje, los reseca y eso atrae a los hongos) No llevaré de nuevo a mi mascota, y no lo recomendaría, pero si ustedes son fieles a esa estética, solo asegúrense que los bañen con un jabón correcto.

Fortunately, I took him to the vet on time because otherwise his hair would start to fall out. (Zote soap is very bad for dogs because it removes the fatty layer from their fur, dries them out and that attracts fungi) I will not take my pet again, and I would not recommend it, but if you are faithful to that aesthetic Just make sure they are bathed with the correct soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen servicio, buena atención, tratan bien a los perros y todo muy bien... Me gustaría que tuvieran unas bancas afuera para esperar a tu mascota. Siempre que mis perritos lo requieren voy a Canito. Ahorita con la pandemia entiendo que eso de la banca no puede ser pero estaría genial que más adelante se pudiera.
They have good service, good attention, they treat the dogs well and everything very well ... I would like them to have some benches outside to wait for your pet. Whenever my dogs require it, I go to Canito. Right now with the pandemic I understand that banking cannot be but it would be great if it could be done later.
