★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser un parque industrial los accesos estan descuidados, las áreas para maniobra estan reducidas, las naves las han adecuado para bodegas, porque para Industria y Transformación, las áreas son muy pequeñas.
Conozco este parque desde 1991 y aunque hay varias naves ya levantadas, creo que la evolución de este parque deja mucho que desear.
