★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone number given goes to a full voice mail , the emails sent to you get an automatic reply saying they will respond within 3 business days , 4th day no reply yet, these 2 choices does not help, the only option is to go there in person and ask. No point of having email address or phone number if you are not answering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to make an appointment to give biometrics, this is a new services that started on November 2nd, I've been trying every day but their calendars are not updated and the only appointment is on Dec 7th which is ridiculous to have only 1 day available in the next 2 months. I spoke with someone on their 800 number and they mentioned that they should have the calendar updated but it has not happen. Just waiting since 5 days ago....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll been trying for days to make an appointment. So far: Phone - never answer. The automatic system always have endless instructions and never pass from the third menu. Chat on line can't help you, they try to blame Inmigration for the issues for booking and the only thing they do for you, is send you a link for complains and send you a copy of the chat by email. Don't even try on the "oficial" web site. First you need to make an account to be able to try to make an appointment and you never have the option to book, because until Dec 2025 is not even one day available to take the biometrics for something you need in the next two months. Just a WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ask for an appointment in an specific date and in less than 24 hours I received an answer giving me that date. After that I went to my appointment and the service was fast and really good, the people there explain to me everything and answer all the questions they could. I finished in 10 minutes
