The phone receptionist said that the minimum occupancy is 4 per room... could possibly be a hostel?
It looks to be the closest hotel to General Juan N Alvarez International Airport (ACA).
I wanted to reserve a room for one night for one person. I could not succeed in doing that because of all of the restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first approached the help desk there was a room available for a couple but on second floor. If we wanted a room on the first floor we had to pay for 4 or 6 people. We went to walk away, talked and came back. In a 2 minute time all of a sudden she no longer could offer us the 2 person room. Needless to say we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside the pool is nice. Beach is private. Rooms are disgusting. Has mosquitos and lizards inside when I just got to the room. The restroom is as clean as a public park restroom filthy. Towels are extra. Outdated.

People put their towels in the night to reserve the sun beds for the next day and the administration do nothing!!!!
They cutlery is old the pans and pots are completely old and they are grease, and you can't wash them because they don't provide even the soap...
The place is to noice all people have boombox and is like to be in a competition of who has a most powerful sound...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good placed, the private beach is very quite and relaxing. The only problem was the service of the hotel, if you have any issue, they won't even try to help you. Is a shame that a very good place doesn't have a well prepared staff to help the hosts.
