The company tracks your incoming flight and is right on time. They communicate the whole time via whatsapp which was great. Driver was top notch. Would recommend

Do not book if you are travelling with an infant. The company assured me their would be a baby seat for my 8 month old baby. There was not one on our 1 hour drive from Playa del Carmen to the airport. I had to hold my baby for the one hour drive. I would not recommend if travelling with an infant.

I mistakenly booked CanaDian transfers (Typically I book Canada Transfers which is a separate company). Overall, the service fell down a bit in a few areas. On arrival to Cancun, they were nowhere to be seen. I've done this before and never had an issue. They showed up about 10 minutes late and a phone call later which was never answered. On the way back from my hotel we received a WhatsApp message saying they'd be there at 10:30. 20 minutes earlier than I had been told by them when I booked. The van showed up at 10:50 (the original time). Not a big deal but kinda threw me off waiting an extra 20 minutes. All in all they did the job, and the drivers were nice, but communication and the timeliness of the service was not on par with other services I have taken.

I have used this company twice in early 2022. They were to pick me up in Playa at the Coz ferry and take me to CUN airport. Both pick ups were terrible. The first time they sent me instructions for pick up at the CUN airport not the ferry. When arriving in Playa, I waited at the Ferry terminal for15 minutes and finally was told I was in the wrong spot. After a 5-10 minute walk (up hill with luggage) I found the driver. The next time, I walked to the pick up spot and waited another 15 minutes, only to find out I was to be picked up at the ferry terminal, where I had incorrectly waited the first time. On this occasion, they sent me no pick up instructions. In both situations, the communication was not good. I would look for another company - for sure if you are traveling from Coz ferry to CUN.

Excellent service. Quick responses when booking online. Arrival flight was significantly delayed, company tracked the changes in real time, and driver was kept informed. Way better than the standard transport provided on all-inclusive trips. Definitely recommended for future trips.

Overall we had a good experience with Canadian Transfers during our December 2021 trip to Mexico. We used them for the transfer from Cancun Airport to Cozumel Ferry Dock and return. Vehicles in good shape, drivers friendly/courteous, and pricing was very competitive and reasonable compared to other companies. We got dropped off at the wrong terminal on our way back (driver confused SunWing airlines with Sun Country) but I reached out to company once I realized we were at the wrong terminal and they promptly sent another driver to take us to proper one...I would have rated them 5-Star otherwise. In general, they need to work on their internal communication as all my flight information was given to them when booking so their drivers or the ones they hire should already know exactly where they are taking the clients. Similarly when we got picked up from Cancun Airport, driver was asking where we are going...Again, this should be known already. I do recommend using them however for your transportation needs.

Not much to say really. Good ride in a SUV by ourselves. Guy on the way to the hotel was a lot nicer and had some drinks available. Guy on the way back not so much. Still a fine ride.

Highly recommend this company! Easy to communicate with. Everything was booked through WhatsApp. Best price I found and they have free car seats! Drive Augustine was early to make sure he could find the place. Spoke excellent English and very friendly.
