★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in Mérida for two months and ordered from Canasta en Casa about four or five times. My experience was overall very positive. I love the variety of products you can choose from, some of which are sourced locally and are organic. They recently implemented a charge for reusable containers, which is great. I appreciate the next day home delivery, the English website, and the English customer service through WhatsApp. My delivery person didn't always speak English, which made it tricky, but manageable. The customer service is good and accommodating. Sometimes they were very slow to respond, which is why I took off a star.
