Estoy hace dias intentando comunicarme con ellos, me prometieron que me entregaban los dos pedidos en el dia de ayer y el mismo dia el representante Jonathan, me dice que tienen dos semanas de retraso. Cuando el dia anterior hable con el y me dijo que estaba todo en orden con mi pedido. Los estoy contactacto para que me den una solucion y nadie me contesta.La comuunicacion en esta compañia no es la mejor. Al final dos dias mas tarde entregaron mi pedido. Mis clientes me dijeron que la calidad no era la mejor. Realmente no los volveria a utilizar o recomentar.
Customer service is appalling. I have been trying to communicate with them for days, they promised me that they would deliver the two orders yesterday and the same day the representative Jonathan tells me that they are two weeks late. When I spoke with him the day before and he told me that everything was in order with my order. I am contacting them to give me a solution and nobody answers me. The communication in this company is not the best. At the end two days later they delivered my order. My clients told me that the quality was not the best. I would not really use or recommend them again.

Se pidió antes información por teléfono y comentan que si puedes pagar con tarjeta sin ningún costo y al llegar te cobran el 5 porciento más, además de lo que le incrementan por supuestamente estar mal los precios en la página de internet.
Terrible service, on the website they give prices and when they arrive at the offices they tell you that they are wrong and they want to charge you more.
Information was requested by phone before and they say that if you can pay with a card at no cost and when you arrive they charge you 5 percent more, in addition to what they increase because the prices on the internet page are supposedly wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente no escribo reseñas positivas, sin embargo el año pasado tuve un inconveniente con otra empresa de arcones y mi expectativa no era muy alta con las demás, afortunadamente anticipé mi compra la última semana de noviembre porque se que se saturan y no quería que me pasara lo mismo que con la otra empresa que perdió mi pedido. La persona encargada de recibir la canasta no se encontraba, así que para evitar malos entendidos prefirieron no entregar nada hasta entregar a la persona correcta. El precio de los productos es bueno y me sorprendió que no subieran el precio pese a la pandemia. Mi Familia en Monterrey agradeció el presente y espero enviar uno mejor el siguiente año y espero tener la misma experiencia. Gracias al Joven Carlos y la Señorita Rosa que me atendieron. Saludos
Generally I do not write positive reviews, however last year I had a problem with another chest company and my expectation was not very high with the others, fortunately I anticipated my purchase the last week of November because I know they are saturated and I did not want it to happen to me the same as with the other company that lost my order. The person in charge of receiving the basket was not there, so to avoid misunderstandings they preferred not to deliver anything until they delivered to the correct person. The price of the products is good and I was surprised that the price did not go up despite the pandemic. My Family in Monterrey appreciated the present and I hope to send a better one next year and I hope to have the same experience. Thanks to Young Carlos and Miss Rosa who assisted me. Cheers
