★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay botes de basura. En los frontones siempre hay gente ingiriendo bebidas alcohólicas. Se tiene una sensación de inseguridad. Y las áreas verdes, juegos y otras instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento. Le falta mucho para ser un parque familiar y con ambiente sano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar con mucho potencial pero bastante descuidado y maltratado, por los usuarios, sobre todo los que acuden a jugar fines de semana. Es común los lunes encontrarte envases de cerveza, vasos, bolsas de frituras, platos etcétera, en la pista al rededor de las canchas y el área infantil apesta a orines porque en lugar de ir a jugar van a tomar, drogarse y miar las instalaciones.
Para todo hay lugar y creó es una falta de respeto maltratar así un espacio público y destinado para el esparcimiento y convivencia "saludable".
