Disorganized, robotic service unlike many of the restaurants in the area. Twice now we've gone and they've forgotten part of our order. Both times, even the tables next to us asked us why they got their order first when they sat down after us (one table literally ordered the same dish). They also bring out your order in no logical sense. Cocktails 30 minutes into sitting down. Appetizers at the same time as the main course. We had to refuse one of our cocktails because they brought it at the end of the meal. Of course they tried to charge us for it, but we refused and had them correct the bill. They also run out of ingredients for cocktails regularly and bring you something you didn't ask for and try to charge you for it (why not ask us first if we want the substitute?). Despite having so many waiters for the size of their space, they're still disorganized. No waiters seem genuinely interested in paying attention. We noticed other tables had to scream for any attention and they had to do it over and over like us, because the same mistakes kept being made. A place where people see and can be seen. If your goal is to look "cool" this is your place. If you want a proper experience, look elsewhere. Sadly, we won't be returning even though we live upstairs.

This restaurant is by far the worst pizza I’ve had. Firstly me and my girlfriend ordered two Caesars salads. On their menu it’s described as appetizers so normally it should come out first, but instead we got our pizza (no biggie). The pizza was so soggy in some areas and burnt to a crisp in others. And then they finally brought one Caesar salad and it was WARM! I’ve never heard or had that before! And after 30 minutes they brought the second one which we then asked if they can take it off our bill since we didn’t like the first one they brought 30 minutes earlier but they refused! They than said they could make us another one with another dressing but I was already over the first one coming out warm and sour, that I refused but they still wanted to charge us for the second. In the end we ended up paying for the two warm Caesar salads and the horrendous pizza. Can honestly say that I will never be back. I’ve had better at Pizza Hut.

Loved the dough of the pizza and loved even more how you can order two flavors on one pizza. Also ordered the mushroom gnocchi and it was perfect. The calamari was so so but the sangria was bright and not too sweet. 10/10 for value and ambiance

So this place was packed and the music was great and the staff is smiling and I knew it was gonna be great. They sat me immediately and and I really wanted the lasagna and a salad and man it was the perfect portions ! The meat lasagna amazing and sweet and hot all the way thru ! My server Daniel kept the place in a great mood and really a fun hip place at the end of the a rotary

One of the best Pizzas around. The menu is well thought out, with plenty of options for all pizza lovers. The cheese was incredibly rich. 5/5 The crust was also top notch because of the perfect balance between soft and crisp. 5/5 The sauce was present but not overpowering. I chose a Pizza of the month that had some habanero mixed into the pesto / marinara. 5/5 The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, and the service was excellent. Great selection of drinks and cocktails. Whether a date night or a bite after a night out, this place will satisfy your craving for a nice and fresh oven made pizza.

Cacino's was a pleasant surprise. My friends and I decided to go on a whim and our expectations were exceeded at every level. To begin the food was extremely delicious. We had the marguerite and the rustic pizza and the tasted so incredibly good. I am not big on wine, but my friend how is really liked what she ordered. They also have a selection of beer and soft drinks. Truly there is something for everyone. Totally worth a visit!

Nice relaxed atmosphere on a relatively quiet street. Seating inside and out. Had margarita pizza and lasagna bolognese. Both pretty good but not great, but the atmosphere and waiter who speaks English makes up for it.

Came here during a late weekday evening and the service was amazing! The wait for the food wasn’t long at all but there were quite a few people waiting for a table. There are a lot of street performers that come into the restaurant which were great but made it hard to have a conversation. The pizza was good and I’d love to try some more options.
