Cancun Blue Beach Villas by Fana - 77500 Cancún

Fana and Angie were amazing to deal with from setting up the reservation, to planning services - chef, transportation, restaurant suggestions, covid tests, etc. The location of the villa is wonderful - I think we were about 10 steps from the beach which was really important for our group of 3 women., We had stocked the villa with snacks and liquor and because this VRBO does not include the Omni's all-inclusive benefits nor does it include an option to purchase at their poolside and beach bars or restaurants with cash. If you are okay with having your own food and drink available just know that convenience is not an issue because of this amazing location. The chef's service is amazing and worth upgrading to- he will help you plan your meals and purchase all ingredients needed. In addition, he will pick up other grocery items you want to have available as well as liquor. The meals were fantastic, and he was just a pleasure to meet! The bedrooms and bathrooms are incredibly spacious, updated and clean. The bathrooms are all updated with beautiful tile and modern showers. I always appreciate that in a hotel or VRBO because it's hard for outdated kitchen / bath areas to feel clean. The kitchen has newer modern appliances which again add to the cleanliness of the space. Two of the bedrooms have direct views of the ocean - it is SO close to you in this villa it takes your breath away! We often opened the doors and just listened to the waves crashing below. We enjoyed walking up and down the beach every morning and even walked along the beach (for about 15-20 min) to the Marriot and had drinks and breakfast there (they do sell food / beverage to those outside of the resort) and that was really fun! Shopping malls and upscale as well as casual restaurants are all very close by and convenient to get to by a quick taxi or a long walk. Stores range from Gucci, Louis Vuitton to more middle priced stores but if you enjoy shopping it is well worth visiting the mall. One of our favorite excursions was to take the ferry to Isle Mujeres a few days to enjoy beach time there. The water is as still as a swimming pool and the sand might even be more white that the sand along the hotel zone. This Omni property is beautiful, safe, and in a prime location. The villa will exceed your expectations.

Extremely happy for the service we received from Angie & Fana from the time we booked the beach side villa to when we left. They reached out and organized airport shuttle for all of our party coming from different locations. Gave us detailed options for different activities we can do and booked them for us which made our vacation wonderful! We were in a villa on the beach in the Omni property, but without the all inclusive pricing. Chef Marteen was a highlight for our stay. Anything we chose was made with fresh ingredients and served with care. He made us great drinks and deserts as well. Our family of 7 enjoyed it very much and are going to come back. The property itself is well updated, spacious and clean. Watching the sunrise/moonrise from one of the three balconies with a cup of coffee or drink while listening to the waves is just heavenly!

This location provided not only incredible views and amenities but also extraordinary service. Angie and the team were were very responsive and detailed when it came to setting up transportation, excursions, COVID tests, and any question in between. Our group was very excited about the location and easily accommodated room for 6 people. We never had to worry about sharing beds or not having bathrooms available for showers after the beach. Every morning waking up to the sound of waves was wonderful. The beach is right at your feet when you walk out of the villa patio and is located right next to the Omni resort. Although we could not use the pool/jacuzzi or restaurants in the Omni due to covid restrictions, there was no need. With the beach so close, markets within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants nearby we were always covered. There is a vast selection of excursions that were easy to coordinate and book making the trip exciting and care free. The Villa is cleaned everyday along with fresh towels provided. Our favorite part of the trip however was definitely the private chef. Homemade authentic meals for breakfast lunch and dinner at the Villa allowed us to spend more time relaxing at the beach rather than running around for meals. The food prepared by the chef was incredible and certainly a highlight of the trip. If you are looking for comfort, convenience, adventures, views, food and affordability than this the place to stay for your next trip to Cancun.

We just spent a week at the villa and it was a perfect trip for our family group of 7. Fana and Angie made it easy to communicate. They arranged for a personal chef our first day, and it was wonderful. Everything made fresh! We had someone that came to clean every day and do any laundry we needed done, which I didn't even realize was part of our stay. We also had use of a vehicle while we were there(an excursion) that fit the whole family. I was not aware that was part of our villa either. We didn't use it a lot, but it came in handy a couple of times. Angie arranged for our covid tests in our villa, so that was super easy. The beach was great, and we were able to walk over to a little restaurant, Don's tacos, for a bite to eat. There is also a little bar on the beach next door at Emporio that you can buy drinks at. Overall, we had a great vacation after being postponed for the last 2 years.

The Villa is clean , modern and tastefully decorated . The view to the ocean from each level is breath taking ! All the amenities worked perfectly . Angie was absolutely spectacular as our personal concierge , scheduling airport pick up, days trips to cenotes , Tulum, Chichen Itza , or Isla Mujeres .Also coordinating dinners on the town or having Jesus or Augustine come in and prepare a fantastic meal for the 6 of us .Each meal was delicious and definitely the most economical for 6 . Inez would come in daily and spruce up the Villa and take care of whatever we needed . The entire staff was wonderful! Only drawback is the legal dispute between Omni and Villa owners , which means you are not suppose to use the pools . We love going in the ocean and the kids are older , so it was not much of inconvenience.

Nice poolside villa & Great Services offered which will make your trip an enjoyable one. Fana, Angie and the team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We had an amazing Chef, nice excursions and our housing location was perfect. I would recommend they put everything into one package and offer that but it’s great as an À la cart. We had fun and would definitely use this service again.

We had an amazing time staying here. Chef Tino is the best! I highly recommend the chef services. Everything was freshly prepared; fresh fruits, salsas, hand-made chips, margarita mixes, the list goes on. This in itself made our vacation relaxing. We didn’t have to think about cooking, cleaning, shopping for groceries and supplies. The villa was perfect for our group of 7. It was us and our teenage - early 20’s kids. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in, and all the rooms had their own bathrooms. The villa was clean and updated, the ocean right out the front door was amazing. We spent time on the beach, parasailing was available right in front of our villa. There is a little cash bar at the next resort if you want to buy drinks on the beach. Mostly Tino made us mixers and we bought our drinks down to the beach. We had the massages in our villa one day, that was great! We’re also did some cenotes tours, chichen itza, and excaret. All perfect! Angie did an amazing job arranging all the tours and any little thing we needed. She was extremely helpful and made our trip one to remember!

This is a beautiful condo. The only thing that was not mentioned in previous reviews is that it is three stories and there are a lot of stairs. Just for people that might need to know that. We were a party of five and there was plenty of room. It was so nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. The views are beautiful, the beach in front of the condo was in our opinion the best in Cancun. We traveled to a couple of other beaches and this was our favorite. Angie is a joy to work with. Her communication is excellent with everything. The Covid testing, the tours we did, arranging the chef, and stocking our fridge. I would highly recommend this place. We did go next-door to the pool and everyone was polite even though we were not wearing wristbands. We also borrowed the Ford Expedition for our running around town. It was a nice comfortable ride. We Had a chef come and prepare our fish that we had caught previously. He came and prepared beautiful fish tacos for us with three types of fresh salsa and pico de gallo. Boy what a treat! I would highly recommend that as well.
