Al usar el servicio la compañía hizo un error en la reservación, en vez de aceptar su error, tomaron la postura de que es culpa del cliente no darse cuenta del error. Cabe mencionar que obligan a pagar el viaje redondo por adelantado. Al ponerme en contacto con la persona responsable me ignoraron por horas, poniendo en riesgo mi vuelo internacional. La compañía tiene zero respeto o interés por sus clientes. Basta leer comentarios previos para darse cuenta de la falta de profesionalismo de esta empresa. WATCH OUT! Terrible service, abusive and unprofessional practices. By using the service the company made an error in the reservation, instead of accepting their error, they took the position that it is the customer's fault not to realize the error. It is worth mentioning that they force you to pay for the round trip in advance. When I contacted the person responsible, they ignored me for hours, putting my international flight at risk. The company has zero respect or concern for its customers. It is enough to read previous comments to realize the lack of professionalism of this company.

I was at the curbe 20 minutes after the plane landed. I ended up taking a taxi for 3 times the price and arrived at my hotel an hour later than scheduled past midnight.
