I had a great experience with Cancun Dental Design. For everyone coming from US this is a top choice. The service is excellent. If you have dental work done with them they will pick you up and drop you off multiple times from and to your hotel, and even the airport. Not only the people at the front desk, but also the dentists and supporting staff all speak English and are very pleasant and helpful. My dentist was very knowledgeable. He took his time and didn't rush through the procedures. He even set up an additional visit at no cost just to make sure that everything is done right. The equipment, the procedures and cleanliness of the place was second to none with the once we use back home in the US. And the best part is that the prices are just unbeatable. I paid about a third of what this would have cost me in US without sacrificing quality. I will gladly go back in the future.

I had a amazing experience with Cancun Dental Design! They transformed my smile keeping the natural form of my my teeth (which I always loved). The dentists are super professional and knowledgeable and worked with me in all my concerns and desires. The personnel are great and did whatever was necessary to accommodate my schedule and needs. Amazing! Karen! Aleida! They were so good to me. Did absolutely amazing job. Aleida did root canal for me —she is so gentle and sweet and Karen did so many amazing things. She is so detailed oriented. Makes sure she can save every teeth she can. Perfectionist of a sort. So grateful. And her assistant Sheila is such a sweetheart. And Frida the receptionist is incredible as well. They were all such an enormous blessing to me. Giermo too (William in English). Everyone is so kind and professional. Drivers are great too. I flew to Cancun, Mexico for the sole purpose of having the many dental issues that had developed throughout my adult life with my teeth. Of course, my friends told me horror stories regarding problems they "heard" about concerning people going to a foreign country (Mexico). Well, let me tell you the staff, doctors, and technicians at the Cancun Dental Design were truly wonderful. First, 100% of my dental issues were corrected, then full upper and lower crowns were installed in my mouth. A bone graft was done to correct other old issues, then three implants were put in my upper mouth. I was in the dental chair for 5 full days and a short time on my last day, Saturday. I'll be returning in 5 months after the bone grafts heal properly to complete my procedures. The clinic uses the latest hi-tech techniques as part of their dental processes. I was very impressed with everything, the dental equipment, x-ray techniques, office cleanliness and the superb dentists that staffed the clinic. The staff was caring. Frida at the front desk was very nice and very caring. She spoke excellent English as did everyone there. Dr. Javier Arturo Paz Hernandez preformed my oral surgery and installed three implants and did bone grafts. All transportation arrangements was expedited by Frida, at the clinic's front desk. My driver, Roger was great, very friendly, taught me a Mexican song about Margarita(s). He made me laugh which should have been a difficult thing after getting out of the dentist's office. I highly recommend Cancun Dental Design and recommend it to anyone seeking excellent dental care. I can't quote an exact percentage but I probably saved more than 70% here as compared to anyplace in the United States. Besides all of that, I had a mini-vacation in Cancun, Mexico. One last set of kudos, my contact in the US was initially Laurie and then Dr. Robert Stephens. Both explained the process and my dental procedures very clearly and in layman's language. 100% of my calls were returned promptly and I was treated with courtesy and professionally.

I’m doing full mouth reconstruction in this clinic. I’ll be back in 6 months but it’s been a positive experience so far. They arrange free airport transfers and to/from your appointments, so you don’t have to worry about uber/taxis. The staff is very friendly. The manager, Frida, is very positive, helpful, always ready to explain a treatment and manage everything. Dr Hugo Zamora and his assistant Gemma are top notch professionals and they’ve done a great job so far! I highly recommend this clinic! Andrei

I'm really pleased so far with the clinic and staff! I still have work that needs to be done.... I definitely recommend them. Very very clean clinic far more advanced equipment and techniques then in the U S .As well the price difference is unreal! I got a way better deal by paying in American cash
