I just got back from cancun and went diving with cancun diving. We had a great time diving cizumel and we're very surprised how nice the diving was in cancun. I would highly recommend cancun diving

I just came back from Cancun and had a great time with Jon and Cancun Diving. Myself and my family did a package and went diving in Cozumel and Cancun plus the underwater museum which was very nice. Great service overall.

Do not book with this company. We arrived in Cancun with limited days to dive but really wanted to go diving in Cozumel (who wouldn’t want to). We prebooked with company for their day trip with pick up included. We confirmed the pick up from our hostel and they told us the driver would arrive between 7:40 and 8am. We were waiting outside from 7:35am but 8am came and went so we started to try and contact them. We called all the numbers they have online with no answer. We sent 4 separate emails, all with no response. It reaches 8:20am and finally we get through only to find out that the driver turned up at 7:10am (half an hour before we were told), asked the reception if we were there and since we weren’t they just left without contacting us or any further investigation. We were then told we had missed the bus leaving to playa Carmen so there was no way they could come back and pick us up. We were told it was just “one of those things and nobody’s fault” in amongst a very condescending conversation. We only received an apology a whole day later however this does not rectify that we were not now able to dive in Cozumel on our trip here due to limited trips going out that way. The company’s only saving grace was that our full refund came through within half an hour of speaking to them. Our advice is that there are many amazing scuba companies in Cancun - book with one of them instead.

Jon helped us plan a great dive vacation with the family. Our two kids completed there PADI referral dives and we got to dive with them. The dives were great and the staff took great care of us. We can't wait to get back to Cancun again.
