★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS, NOT PROFESSIONAL & BAD SERVICE & EXPERIENCE!!!! We had 3 families 6 adults & 9 kids each they sold us tickets & promised to take us on the SAME tour but our sales guy Miguel handed us over to the guides we got split apart (parents away from kids) & my daughter came back with a bloody face, crying, hurt, broken nose & torn lip. I requested for a refund & they refused. We did not book or pay to be seperated on the Jungle Tour! Awful experience....super rushed, water ruff, guides were awful & rushed the tour, we will never go back here EVER! >>>>>>BEWARE<<<<<<<

Never booking with this company again!
They promised us one thing and we got another!!!
To make a long story short, we were promised direct transportation for a party of 11 on a Sprinter van to go to the Port that takes us to Holbox.
What we got was picked up by the Sprinter van to meet up with a bus still in Cancun! From there we were going to pick up more people in Playa Del Carmen! From there go to the Port!
Not what we paid for!!!
Sooooo disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We caught a boat at the marina. The marina lighthouse is in the middle of the mall. The staff at there was very professional and kind. They made us (4 of us) welcome. They were also very very personable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but the salesman guy who works at the tour office was nice but EXTREMELY persuasive and aggresive. If you come here be careful not to be pressured to take a cruise ship to the isla de mujeres or anything you don't want to take. His tactics were a turn off.
