Unfortunately I had to wait like 20/25 minutes outside the airport before the taxi arrived. My flight was exactly on time, not early. After a trip of 20 hours this waiting time is really to much!!
D	Dave Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were fantastic! My original flight was delayed by 5hrs and a representative was still there waiting for me at the terminal. Then my return trip pick up was 5am, the car pulled up to the hotel lobby at 4:59am. Perfect. Vehicle was spotless. Highly recommend!

We emailed, called, messaged and could never get responses. We booked their suburban service and were given a broken down van with no AC. When I emailed in to make sure it was corrected for our return I never got a response. Our return shuttle scheduled from our hotel never even came. We called twice with no answer, texted via WhatsApp no answer. We ended up having to hire a last minute taxi to get back to the airport from our hotel. Will not be using these guys again.

The car was a nice luxury SUV very clean and the driver was very friendly. I will definitely use again when I’m back in Cancún.

The person who helped us called a driver and still provided us with everything we ordered (private SUV, drinks). The driver was very nice and the private suv was as advertised. We will always use Cancun luxury transportation for our Cancun trips!

We had two of the best drivers as well, Axel and Kevin. Upon our arrival, Axel had created a wedding music playlist with a Mr and Mrs sign-so thoughtful and make the start of our trip special. We had champagne waiting for us which was so nice after a long day of travel. On our return to the airport, we had a great time discovering new music and planning our next trip to Mexico with Kevin. Can't wait to return and will for sure book with this company!
J	Jonathan Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time looking around for transportation and just schedule with Luxe. We used Luxe for about 5 round trip excursions and were never disappointed. The cars are all beautiful and the drivers incredible. The owner follows up immediately to make sure everything is to your expectation. We asked for a car seat and child friendly snacks and got exactly what we needed. There was a driver that offered us freshly squeezed orange juice! After a hot day walking around Xcaret, we were met with cold hand towels, a cold beer and access to music we loved as well as snacks. I wish I could have taken more pictures but honestly I was so relaxed. I honestly can’t talk about our trip without thinking of Luxe.
