★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, location, location.... right on the beach. Our room was small and needed an update, but Wow, what a view. I love the warm ocean and beautiful beaches. I will be back. It also has a nice pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are super ugly, the rooms are not similar to the photos they show on the internet, I wanted to get tired as soon as I looked at the facilities and they told me that they were going to charge me for two days out of 8 that I had already paid and that they did not know in how long they would make me the refund ?so we were forced to stay and they only returned 62 dlls as an apology ??♀️ I have pictures from inside the studio of how bad it is Today is 02/19/2021 I made my reservation through Booking.com bad service and misleading customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty. Elevator broken. Bathroom not clean, hair everywhere. Sliding door broken. Dishonest maid service. However the view is great and the beach is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. First time reviewer. I Had an issue where hotel put two payment into pending mode for room and deposit. this happened while I was back home so I contacted Expedia and confirm 2nd payment was for the deposit if the hotel. Today I come to the hotel and they ask me for payment for the room and deposit. I spoke to staff using google translator and I tried to explain I made the payment back home. I try to explain that I must of made.the payment as Expedia to told me they will take it out electronically. We try to communicate for 20 min and I ended up saying I will pay but to give me receipt for both room and deposit so that if I have any issue I can get back to Expedia. We were near our confrontation then someone rings the staff. He was the owner of the hotel.i try to explain to him of.the situation but he cuts in and says "he has no time for and for me to listen" in a very rude manner. He says I didnt make the payment and you dont pay literally now then for me to go out (more like getting kicked out) I try to talk to him and he just hangs upon me.
I asked stafft contact expedia but they didnt help me contacting them to resolve this issue either (this happened before I spoke to the owner).
I find the owner extremely rude and dont even know why his working in this field if he thinks he too busy for the client, doesnt want to hear a word of customer and threaten customer to get out of the hotel. This place deserve to be shut down if they think it is okay to ask people to leave hotel because they dont want to deal with admin stuff or even try to explain what is really happening.
If the boss is not willing to speak to the customer to find out what is wrong and has
no time for his customer but he has time to threaten his customer to get out I find this extremely wrong. I really felt sorry for the staff who was assisting me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. The walls were deteriorating, I found a bug in my bathroom and bed, the AC was completely broken, the soap (which was ketchup sized packets of Pantene body wash) was leaking and got all over my hands. Worst of all the door did NOT fully lock, I had to put the mini fridge (which didn't work) in front of the door. Also the door was made out of very cheap flimsy wood which you could break down in one kick. If you take a vacation here prepare for the worst. Because this hotel will show you it. (Also make sure you pack bug spray, I hardly got any sleep because I was itching myself the whole night because tiny bugs were crawling on my arms)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. Right on the beach ? and pool is okay. Is not so much of an infinity ♾ pool, but still an awesome view if you book the sea view rooms. We were able to leave our luggage 1 hour early in the room. WiFi is decent, and super market is a cross the street 2 minutes walk.
