Upfront as you come out the door for shuttle! Not this company we asked around for 30mins in the hot sun to find them located at the very end of the parking lot. So then they tell us it’s a hour wait! He said you can pay for private shuttle for more money. So we couldn’t figure out why they didn’t have shuttles leaving every ten minutes like the other companys. Oh it’s because they don’t even call the shuttle until you arrive and the workers are rude. I will never take this shuttle again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had never had a problem using them until this trip. Arrived in Cancún Airport at 11:30 pm they called that same day around noon to confirm. Came time for them to show up we sat outside with my 7 year old. The taxi guys said it was usually for them to do this. ? There was no way to contact them all numbers were wrong, ended up waiting till 12:40 am still no show. Finally had to take a taxi which ended up costing me double the price a total of $100.00. I received an email on Monday one day before our departure to confirm pick I stated that I had to book with another company because we had not been picked up from the airport a couple of days before. They said it was not their fault because I had canceled the pickup. Really!? Needless to say I will not be using them again.
