Changes were made through e-mail, but never received a confimation... totally in the dark. Also requested (and paid for) a child seat for my grandson. Shuttle arrived with no seat!

We made the mistake of trusting the "add on" options when paying in advance. We bought a beer and coke as add-ons. We were supplied with nothing. You pay a high price for drinks. The driver refused to comment on the missing drinks, then he remained quiet for the rest of the trip (sort of nice). Despite his ego, we tipped him well ($10). The company refused to answer our request about the missing drinks (that we paid for). Given this - we will not use them again. We are in Cancun 7-8 times a year. Go with another company.

There is only one negative and very disturbing thing I would like to comment. Communication is a key to success. When we arrived to Cancun Airport it took us 30 minutes to find a Cancun Shuttle representative. He was unfriendly,has very poor communication skills,he wasn't even willing to talk and explaining the cause of delay. After I asked him to update us, his reply was "I don't need to do it.Just wait." We were waiting for 2 long hours before our Shuttle arrived. After communicating with your representative we've had a very bad taste of your business.
