D	Drew Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was hands down the easiest transportation experience we've had in Mexico. I booked it online easily and when I accidentally messed up the arrival time I needed them to pick me up at I started a live chat with someone online and it was extremely clear and fluent in English. They were there with a very clear sign when we arrived at Puerto Juarez and we took a nice air conditioned van alone to the airport. Our driver was incredible and very helpful! Plus it was extremely cost effective ($29 to the airport) in comparison to other transportation we've used in the past!!!

Seeing the etransfers sign saved the day. Both ways the drivers were friendly and nice. On our way back the driver was sharing with us how hard they work and how little they get paid. He was brutally honest telling us he works 14+ hours most days. He said there are times when his shift is almost done and the company sends him out on a two hour pickup. No overtime. No benefits. Just hardworking individuals who enjoy what they do and provide great service.

And since they guarantee on time no wait they didn't risk it for our return and sent a private suburban for return. Highly recommend
P	Phunky Threads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had high hopes for this company. when we arrived in cancun we easily found where to meet our shuttle, in a sea of other shuttle services. that wasn’t the issue. when we landed i called them while waiting in line at customs to let them know we were here just making our way to them. now i knew there wasn’t going to be just one driver waiting for us but after about 45 minutes of waiting once we checked in in person they told us there was no drivers and we needed to wait another 10-15 min. so after 55 minutes waiting we finally got our ride. 1 star for the trip to our resort. 5 stars for our trip back to the airport. for a total of 3 stars.
B	Bruce Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our arrival in Cancun the process was seamless. Our driver was courteous/personable and the service was impeccable. Upon departure from our hotel, the driver arrived 30 mins early which was fine. The driver did not have any information about our airline so didn't know where to go once we got to the airport. I informed him we needed to go to Swift Air, he was not familiar with them. As we approached the airport the sign said Terminal 3 but the driver took us to Terminal 4. I informed him we needed to go to Terminal 3. BE CAREFUL The outside of the actual terminals do not have any airline signs. Thank God I was paying attention because it would have been a disaster getting off at the wrong terminal. Note: my wife was in a wheel chair and our terminal was far away. What a huge difference in experiences. I would rate our first driver a 10 if I could and a 1 for the second driver.
C	Chad Wiersema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was very easy to use and affordable. confirmation emails the day before ease your mind also. only reason 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because I paid for premium service which says minimal wait and it ended up being 30 min (and would have been more if I didn’t take initiative to put a little pressure to get the next ride), which is the wait time for the basic service. so I paid $10 more not to wait and we still did. return trip was great and driver showed up 15 min early which was appreciated.

I called the place right I paid for the reservation and someone who spoke great English answered and confirmed all was good. They had many staff waiting outside the airport exit, easy to spot and super nice people. Driver Manuel was great. Would use again. Very reputable. Can tell they care.

I received a total of 5 emails- 3 being confirmations and 2 with a TON of fantastic information for people flying into Mexico for the first time. The emails contained directions on how to navigate the airport, things to look out for and how to find our driver service The transportation team members were extremely professional- had uniforms and signage. The driver, Orlando, was amazing. We felt incredibly safe and had a great time talking to the driver on the ride to the resort. We will be booking with this business again! Thank you!!
