★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication is terrible....they don't answer their phone or emails. It took us a long time to find our driver after we arrived. I almost gave up when he came up to us and said our last name. Several other companies were waiting at the exit gate with the names of the people they were picking up...not ours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked ahead of time as we flew into Cancun but needed to be taken to Playa Del Carmen. We found the location outside the airport, however the reservation said a driver would be waiting for us (we booked a private shuttle), but when we got to the area the man working acted like we didn't even have reservations. I luckily printed my confirmation email and handed it to them. They scrambled and we had several guys come and read the confirmation email before we were told they'll find someone. We waited an hour in the heat, no bottle of water was offered even once a shuttle came for us. We booked ahead so we didn't have to wait in the heat and get to our resort promptly. The driver we had talked on his phone, texted while driving and only said 1 thing to us the whole hour drive down.
I'm giving this 3 stars because our return driver was exactly on time, very friendly, and got us to the airport on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver was right on time. Nice clean van, driver drove safely which was a super plus since it was pouring rain. Arrived to the airport on time. I would use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good. I booked shared shuttle (35 USD) , when arrived in airport, they said I have to wait 40-50 mins to go to hotel. They also advised me to pay more (100 USD in total), get a personal buss and in that case I could depart to hotel right away. But why do they offer shared shuttle, if there is no one? But on website it's said that shared buss goes out every hour. It was chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though you pay it online, you have to wait for the van to be full and it could take up to hours. No matter how many people waiting in line, they make you WAIT.
I thought the driver would crash the van - and I am from south America where people drive like crazy.
if you want to get to the hotel "faster", they charge you 15 USD + per couple.
Just get the hotel shuttle, cost 5 USD more and is more reliable/on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not have a good experience with Cancun Shuttles in February 2022.
Although our flight was delayed coming into Cancun by 20 minutes, the private luxury SUV that I ordered was not available for us, we waited for over 40 minutes - every other person on our flight was loaded into their vehicles and gone for at least 30 minutes before ours finally arrived, and eventually an older Expedition arrived to pick us up and bring us to our resort in Playa Del Carmen. This vehicle was not branded with the company logo, was far from being "luxury", and sounded like the transmission was going to fall out - every single service light indicator was lit up on the dashboard. I believe this was someone's personal vehicle, not a fleet luxury SUV as ordered or expected. We were very disappointed.
The drive back to the Cancun airport was much better, although the AC did not work in the luxury SUV then either.

At the airport I accidentally walked past the greeter since I was trying to avoid all the Taxi offers but found the van and was quickly on my way. Really friendly driver pointed out a bunch of interesting places on the ride to the hotel. would definitely use them again and recommend them.
