An imposing place. Chichen Itza Tour was terrific. The archaeological zone is really imposing, local food at Valladolid was delicious and the trip to the cenote was fascinating. Undoubtedly, a must-do tour!

We hired a tour with Cancun to Chichen Itza and it was definitely the best! We really enjoyed our private tour to Chichen Itza, the archaeological site is just awesome. Our tour guide was pretty good, the best Chichen Itza tour! 100% recommended.

My experience at Chichen Itza was the best! Thanks to Cancun to Chichen Itza for giving us the best tour! The food was extremely tasty, we tried regional food and refreshing beverages during the trip. We also visited a beautiful magic town which is called Valladolid. One of my favorite thing about this tour was the cenote, such an incredible experience. The water was soo cold but it was definitely worth it. I lived a real Mayan experience, visiting Chichen Itza was something I really wanted to do and it didn't disappoint me, i recommend you to hiring this Chichen Itza Tour.

The best service! We enjoyed all of the tour, it was really amazing. We’ve never been to Chichén Itzá and it was such an incredible experience, mostly because of all of the knowledge that the guide had about Mayan culture. Also, the cenote that we visited was gorgeous. Me and my family highly recommend your service. Thank’s four making our tour so incredible.

We took this tour last March and it was Awesome! My family and i loved it! Chichen Itza was an unforgettable experince. We learned about Mayan Culture and the Mayan ruins are amazing, our tour guide explained us everything. We really enjoyed the archaeological site we didn't want to leave. Then we went to the cenotes, the water was so refreshing, we have never been in a cenote before and it was the Best. We also tasted some delicious regional food. And we went to Valladolid too, a beautiful Magic Town. All the tour was soo cool and we highly recommend you to take this one.

Very disappointing service. We booked our deluxe tour at 6pm for the following morning and received a confirmation email immediately (along with a receipt from PayPal). The next morning we waited over two in our resort lobby and no one came. We called, the resort called, I emailed, I whatsapped and nothing. It was only by chatting with Laura through the chat option on the website that I was informed the tour wasn’t confirmed (even though the email suggested otherwise) and that all tours need 48 hours’ notice and that they would collect us the following day. We weren’t available the following day so had to take the tour the day after which was extremely lucky we are still on holiday. For some reason, the bus wouldn’t collect us in the lobby of the hotel and we were asked to wait on the road. The tour was good overall but too long, it took us almost 2 hours to collect everyone before leaving Playa Del Carmen for Chichen Itza. In total, the tour was from 7am to 9pm. I would not recommend this tour company. I thought I was booking directly with Chichen Itza as the website suggests.

Booked the tour with Tourbaloon. Your bus 2 crew members has occupied front 8+1 conductor seats and I am also a Commercial Driver and want to enjoy and watch the road conditions but they want their own comfort not the passengers.

We had a fantastic tour with Amigo Tours and our guide Rodrigo was just terrific. We loved him. Chock full of great info, facts, pictures to pass around and history that's not always in books. It's a dang shame that people felt the need to vandalize this beautiful place and now boone can climb the pyramid or go inside anymore. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the guides are all very on top of anyone attempting to chew gum, smoke, eat, or drink anything other than water. There's so much more to this place than I ever knew and I'm so glad we went. I knocked one star off my review however, for all the vendors inside the grounds. Every five feet there's booths set up with people hawking cheap trinkets, blowing whistles, using some toy that sounds like a growling wild animal, and calling to you to come look at their stuff. It's a definite detractor from what feels like a sacred place. They cheapen the experience and they often make listening to your guide difficult because they're so obnoxious. They should be made to set up outside where you exit, not inside the temple areas. But overall it's an amazing, A+ place that I highly recommend you see. BRING SUNSCREEN!!! There isn't any shade and the sun is intense.
