Terrible service, employees misguide you about the tour programs and prices, nothing's on time. On the other hand, our guides turned out to be very nice and the trip was, all in all, quite pleasant.

Cancún Tours Paradise is a SCAM! Paid $40 deposit for ATVs that got canceled. Refused to give the deposit back even though they assured us we would. Was supposed to be picked up at 12pm and zero communication even after half an hour had passed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We had a very good experience with this company. The tour guide Jose, was awesome and very insightful. I will say this tour is not for those that that think the world revolves around them, for example, think that everyone's schedule revolves around their wants and needs. The tour guide was clear as far as what to expect at each spot and how much time we would spend at each. I really did enjoy my time actually learning about the Mayan culture. The bartender, bus driver, and tour guide all did their jobs exceptionally well.

Morgan sold us tour but forgot to mention that it’s 4 hour ride away. So we spent 8 hours in the bus. Nobody replied the phone. The bus driver didn’t have manager to call to. Stay away from this company. Zero responsibilities. they said it will be all incisive excursion and within 12 hours (including 8 hour bus ride) didn't provide us with any drinks or food. Except one stop around 1 30 pm for lunch. Keeping in mind we left hotel before breakfast was open. se we were hungry and thirsty all day. Another Zipline tour was good though.

Do not book this company no matter what. They are a scam. They never took us to places as promised. They took us to a Mayan ceremony which made no sense and wasn’t even in the package. We spent 6 hours of travelling because they were picking up and dropping off people and wasted so much time. We got to tulum around 12 from cancun - should be about an hour drive which took 3 hours. We had lunch at 3pm. We had the most terrible experience… please look for review and hire a better touring company. We went though a excursion company and wished we read the reviews before booking and paying so much money.

If you booked an excursion with them just expect to be out alllll day. My pick up time was 7:30am & we returned at 10pm. It's not bad as long as your mentally prepared. They had plenty of water and drinks for you. They feed you around 12pm which isn't bad. The food was not that great to me but I'm American and I cannot expect them to not feed us authentic Mexican. So I wasn't to upset about it. I ate what I could and waited until we made a stop and got me something to eat from a restaurant. They didn't speak English well but made sure our tour guides at least knew some Spanish. Overall it was a great experience and we got to see a lot of Mexico.

We booked a "4 in 1 tour" with "Cancun Tours Paradise" on Nov 19 2021. The tour took way to long due to picking up many passengers at numerous locations. We were picked up at Secrets de Vine in Cancun around 7 am. We didn't arrive at the first stop, the Tulum archaeological site, until 12 noon. On the way back we made several stops that were clearly designed for marketing and had nothing to do with the cultural activities that were promised, including a "Maya ceremony" selling souveniers, and a 45 minute stop at a shopping mall with restaurants. We were told we be back by 7pm when we booked the tour but in fact didn't arrive back at the hotel until 1030 pm. The tour guide spoke little English , 99 % of the time he was speaking in Spanish. It was a totally ruined vacation day.
